Do you offer Christmas buffets in Cardiff?
Yes. Our festive buffet is available for groups of 10 or more, with both classic and vegan buffet options available. You can book the buffet on its own or choose one of our Christmas party packages with drinks included.
What Christmas party packages are available?
Our festive packages start from £20 per person, with Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum options available. Depending on the package you choose, you can add drinks including beer, wine, Prosecco, spirits, cocktails and more alongside your festive buffet.
Is Brewhouse suitable for a work Christmas party?

Is there live music over Christmas?

Do I need to book my Christmas buffet in advance?
Yes. We aren’t taking same-day Christmas bookings throughout December, so we recommend getting your party booked in ahead of time, particularly for popular December dates.
What are the latest booking times?
Our latest booking times vary depending on the area and day:

Stage View Tables
The Brewdoir and Red Booth are normally booked in three-hour slots, with timings arranged with our bookings team. These can sometimes be extended depending on availability.
For food bookings, the final table time is 30 minutes before the kitchen closes.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposit requirements depend on the area, day and time of your booking.

Deposit requirements may change on event days and match days, so please check with the team when booking.
What is the cancellation policy for General tables?
For General Table and Stage View bookings, we require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking will result in the loss of your deposit.
What time can we have our festive buffet?
Festive buffets must be served before 8pm, with a 7pm cut-off on Fridays and Saturdays.
Can you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
We have both classic and vegan festive buffet options available. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Can we have a late Christmas party in January?
Yes. Festive buffet bookings are also available throughout January, so if December gets a little too busy for the team, you can always organise a late Christmas party instead.
